Ya I would rather have the bigger rack - Bigger racks are better to look at too
I had a pull cord on my 650 H1, it was worthless, no way could I even pull that sucker.

What do you do without a pull start? I realize that my 2 yr old battery may need replacing but it's nice to know the pull starter is there.

I guess that is a good use of a pull starter.

I have owned Arctic Cat ATV's since 1999 and NEVER have been able to start any of them with the pull cord. - Nor have I needed to. Get yourself an Odyssey battery and you will be set for 7-9 years.

Good point on the choke roamerr. Let us know how you like that battery!

I don't know, but the dealer is getting all his 2008's in around mid October. I am going to look at the Thundercat and the new Prowler 700H1 efi XTX.

I have actually pull started my kawie bf750 a couple of times. I was out in the 25,000 acre deer lease and was using some additional lights I hooked up to it to help us see a deer stand we was trying to move. After about 15 minutes with the lights on (motor was off), it woundn't start much less roll over. So, I was afraid to try thinking this 750cc motor was going to yank my arm off. I pulled it until I felt the compression ease up and then yanked with one hand. To my suppirse, it fired right up and wasn't that hard. Later on, I was told there is some sort of decompression device that allowes the pull start to work much eaiser. Not sure if this is true, but I did start it.

Does anyone know if the 2008 700EFI have a pull cord?
Thanks

Have the 2008 bike and no pull cord, also the little darlings changed the racks on me.
For anyone who wants to know the pull cord kit is $168.00

Catterman -- I actually have an odyssey on order.

I do question whether I could pull start the 650. If it was cold I highly doubt it since the choke is electric. With a dead battery I would expect the choke to not work....
