Float stuck or you got something assembled wrong.

Take it apart again, and make sure the float moves good. That is all I can think of

Oh yah, this is a common problem when people install these, you need to screw the drain screw in all the way on both of them. once you do that, and no more leaks. I think it is in section 4-5... Good luck!!!

Did you read THIS? Towards the end Todd had the same problem as you...

I am leaving for the day so good luck!

I installed the dial a jet, and hooked everyhting back up, and when i turn it over, there is a gurgle, and gas comes pouring out of the bottom of the ATV! Any suggestions???

Update: Its coming from the overflow tube by the belt house. Any reasons why??

If it were a float, how do fix the problem?

Is the float the part i can touch with my finger through the neck of the carb in the airbox?? if so, they both move back and forth fine

Once again Catterman, you were right on! I tightened the screws all the way in, and no more gas leaking. Thanks alot!!
