if I remember right, they entered a partnership with Piaggio, who also has a share in Aprilia.
Wouldn't this be sweet if AC was able to get their hooks on that 450 and 550 V-twin motor from Aprilia?

Suzuki owns 42% of Arctic Cat, and has been the major owner since the 80's.

I have not heard anything like this. But, suzuki does own about 42% interest in AC. With that said, that doesn't mean AC is going to be bought out. They make a great machine and I personally believe AC will not be bought out. But, they might go into a partnership with another company.
