ebay is your best best, or go to Arctic Chat and they have a free section for ATV parts. You might be able to find something there. Also there are a couple of dealers there that if you talk nice to them they give you a discount and free shipping with no tax

i would just rip everything off the front that is damaged and start with getting the frame bent back. how bad is the frame? is there insurance on it? if he has full coverage then they will more then likely total the machine out. if he doesn't have insurance get a parts list and just do some shopping here or there. i am sure he will need a-arms and whatnot and that is stuff that most people wouldn't have just laying around the garage cause who would take off a good a-arm. oh and what did he hit? let me guess i was driving along minding my own business and that tree just came out from nowhere.

I will be back in a day or two with the specs but last weekend by Brothers newbee son took off with a friend of his also a newbee to quads and were out hotroding around Hungry Valley and brought back his new to him, (bought used with 40 hours on it) an AC with severe front end damage. The winch pushed into the radiator and one wheel pointing this way and the other pointing the other. The Radiator is caved in but does not leak and frame is bent. The front skins are pushed back and buckeled and headlight are just hanging there.

Well the kid has his own story but! I know hungry Valley pretty good for the most part and Rattler trail, unless you duck off into some side trails it is smooth going for the most part.
He says he was going along at 30 mph and missed a turn just riding aound with his cut up partner in crime cousin. I know these two since green baby poop! And to this day something like that still falls out of both of there mouths.
My guess is they were racing each other and one cut the other off. The AC took a direct hit according to the damage and the Honda Rancher had some front end damage also.
When I pointed out the Honda to him even at night under strret lights I noticed the honda's front skid plate had also take a direct hit right between the frame rails by obviously a rock and futher notice one wheel was cocked out while the other was straight.
So anyway My brother struts up to the cab while the little irresponsible lairs are slepping and yells "Is there something else you two aren't telling me"
Well, who knows unless they decide to b good young men and tell it like it is but that might be tough while my brother hair is on fire.
So answer to questions, No Insurance, didn't know they had insurance to cover reckless kids on quads.
2nd like you said we will have to tear it down to see what really needs to be replaced.
It would be nice to find a part out or one that burned down for the frame. So I will get back to the forum with a list and post as many places I can to get this back on the trails for him for as little money as possible.
Thanks for reading my long ass winded post. Calvin
