Depends on which 650 you have neither one is fun but nothing hard just time consuming. I'd guesstimate an average consumer would have 8 hrs into it pulling motor taking apart and reassemble to top end. We can do them in a little less than that though after doing it a couple of times.

Yes the cam on any 4-storke is the heart of the engine. If any one is serious about performance a cam shoudl be top on there list.

Thanks, you guys have a really good website, but I think you should have more pictures of your finished tested products and what they can do. Just like the cover of your new magazine, it has the SP800 and V2650 doing wheelies, that stuff is always fun to see

i am willing to bet the 650 can outwheelie the 800

oh and i was thinking whenever i get a new wheeler (i figured i would get rid of my 650 when it breaks down but i can't break it so it might be a while) i am thinking bout putting a hopped up cam in it. ok i was wondering how much horsepower gain do you actually get off of a hopped up cam and the second question is how difficult is it? like i guess what is the average time span to put one in?

ok thanx and how is the horsepower gain is it worth the 8 hour teardown and rebuild?
