all my arctic cat's i have had the 2 500's and my 650 well all of them the fan comes on alot. i just make sure that when we stop i put let the key be on so it cools it all the way down which is no big deal i only overheated my 650 once and never overheated the 500's. all three of them had winches on them to and well i left factyory coolant in all of them. as long as the overheat light doesn't come on i would be satisfied.

Is it just me or does some one else have this problem? Riding during the winter and spring the fan stays off. about 15 minutes of 70-90 degree riding in the summer and the fan kicks on unless I am doing 50 constantly. I have drained the factory coolant and put in new coolant but not much difference. And yes I know the fan should kick on but my friends with the AC 500's dont have this problem. Any ideas?
