well take a look at the plug- black/wet means rich- you need a smaller jet, grayish or white means lean so you would need a bigger jet. One thing to check is to make sure he routed all his cables and hoses to his carb correctly if he took the carb or airbox out. Also a misadjusted/kinked choke cable, pinched gas line or carb vent can make it run like a$$....

Your jets are not wrong, just find the correct jet size and it will run great again. I don't know if Dial-a-jet makes them for that carb or not, but would be a good one. Good luck.

Recently my brother in-law customized a snorkelfor his AC 250. For some reason it does not run right. I dont know whether its getting too much air or not enough. Can someone help me?
