This is not a new issue. Take it to you dealer as AC is handling the problem. The 05 and up frames were beefed up.

I am just wondering if anybody else has had a cracked frame and if cat fixed it. I still have warr. till April 06. I just found it today called my dealer and he said i will have to wait till monday to find anything out, but he thinks cat wont do anything with it.
