It's a common problem with any tire, just that with higher dollar car tires this is not so noticable. Try it sometime in -20 degree weather on pavement, you will feel it. On snow or ice not likely as they are usually rough.

That is a common problem with low pressure tires. When my quad sits for a week it feels like it has flat spots on all fours but after I ride it for a while and heat the tires up a little they become round again. Check your pressures and make sure you have the same all the way around. I have found that 4-5 psi is the best for all types of riding conditions.
Good Luck.

You are not by chance running tire slime are you? If you are and the road isn't very far from where you park your ATV for a period of time, the slime will settle in the bottom of your tires and it will cause an unbalanced tire situation. Being as your ATV is new, and you live in Minnesota the new slime is still pretty runny and the cold temps would cause it to thicken when its parked. Just a thought!
