If you're looking for a complete exhaust system, an AC aftermarket company makes one. You have to email a contact on their site. Try www.Blackmagicracing.com

The new pipe is only 55.00 but, have a muffler shop bend a pipe and put the end on it off your old pipe

The exhaust pipe on my 400i has several large holes rusted through it. I patched it with several sections of muffler tape and some wire but I know its a temporary fix. Since then I have been looking for a new exhaust pipe. Stock AC is a little spendy. The muffler is fine, so I do not need a complete exhaust system.
Does anyone know where I can find an aftermarket exhaust pipe without the muffler?
Also the bike seems to be running a little rich which I think is partly being caused by the holes? I have a dynojet kit but I don't want to mess with putting it in if the exhaust needs to be done as well. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Well I discovered part of the problem was that my muffler is rusted out as well. I just twisted a hole in it trying to get that drain valve off the muffler. Patched it again with more muffler tape.
I was also looking at the part number in my manual for the muffler not the pipe. BUt, I now need a whole new exhaust. I am not sure of the condition of the end off my old pipe so I am not sure if its too far gone to weld.
I found the HMF exhaust and one from White Brother's that should work. Any body have thoughts on either of those or can you point me in another direction?
Thanks
