According to my dealer and my experience you need to stop before you engage the dif. lock. You also cannot go very fast nor can you turn very well when it is locked in. Bottom line is it will get you out or over just about anything. You need to stop before you engage.

Does the 650 artic cat have to stop to lock the front differencial, or can it lock on the fly. thank you
