Brake pads are a normal wear item, most people don't get that many miles out of them, so you should be happy you are just changing them now.
The bearings are sort of a normal thing to go out, but I'm betting that you probaly had some kind of mishap that tore the seal slightly, but enough to let it be contaminated.
Now, which bearings are you changing?? The fronts or the Rears?

All of a sudden I hit 2500 miles on my 300 and I have had 3 things go wrong. My brake pads are worn out, I have 2 wheel bearings that are out and my handlebars turn and the wheels don't. Well right now I am working on the bearings so if anybody could give me the steps to changing it and what parts I need it would help.

I am changing the rear left it is making a popping noise and it has alot of play in it
I think the fronts are out too but I can't tel if thats just play in the steering

Sounds as if there is no doubt that you have bad bearings in the rear. But the best way to check wheel bearings is to raise the tire of the ground with a jack or something, then grab the top and bottom of the tire a try to wiggle the tire up and down. If there is excessive slack then the bears need to be replaced and of course spinning the tire should tell you something to if the bearings are as bad as you say. The slack in your steering wheel comes from loose or worn tie-rod ends probably. To check this the easiest way get down and look at the tie rod ends while someone else turns the steering back and forth a little bit. You will see the slack instantly.
