You get that cat some traction and it will amaze you with what it will pull. I've pulled an 8000 lb DODGE up a slight incline, pulled a Toyota 2wd, extended cab, long bed truck with the parking brake on, pulled it up some oil change/service ramps, and pushed it up on a tandem axle trailer all with my cat. So you will be surprised what this thing will do.

Variables to be considered:
Bare ice or snow covered ice?
Studs in tires? Sheet metal screws drilled into the lugs work wonders!
Plastic strips on ice house runners/skids?
Ice fishing link
These guys would know

Hello all, I know that its summer out but Im already thinking about ice fishing. I love my 500cat and I know it has alot of pulling power, but when you drag something its differant. Im wondering if anyone knows the biggest size ice house I can pull with my cat. Im thinking 6x8 or 8x8 but once I build it I want the cat to be able to pull it.
Thanks for the help
