I think it's called a headache rack. Should be able to find one at truck accessory places.

They used to be called headache racks, maybe you can still get them from DeZee or Westin.

Jason: Yeah, the others are right. They are called headache racks, and are available in many different styles for various makes and models of pickups. I can't remember for sure what the prices are, as they vary from manufacturer, but I think they are around a couple hundred dollars. They will stick out a little over 2" or so in the bed, which may lead to pushing the 'Cat back a hair, and further cause tailgate closing problems on the Toyota. I don't know for sure how long your bed is, it may not be a problem. DeZee, Putco and Westin make them, and I believe SteelHorse as well. Let me know if you can't find one anywhere in your area, or if you're interested in a definate price. I work for a farm supply store which sells a ton of this stuff, and could look into it for you if you would like. I'm not certain, but I think Napa, Al's, or Shucks may have them, or be able to order them. Oh, if you have a Les Schwab tire company near you, they can get them too, as well as some of the farm supply stores such as Big R, D&B, Tractor Supply Company, Ranch and Home, some trading companies as well. Can you weld at all? If so, I think you should be able to build one for considerably cheaper than what it would cost to buy one. Then you could make it exactly like you want. Just a thought. Anyway, hope that helps, good luck with the search. Mike

My AC will fit in the back of my Toyota Tacoma Ext Cab but it pushed right against the rear window, I saw a steel guard that bolts to the box that is used to protect the window. Does anyone know what these are called, where I can get one and how much they cost? Any input would be appreciated.
