I paid $40.00 for a new one from my dealer... there are likely cheaper on line places, & possibly one of the guy's thats installed one of the "bling" aluminum ones, may have a used one they'd part with...

Now there is a better way... Diamond G has a unit that will eliminate the flashing 2 X 4 / 4 X 4 on the display... if you clip the green / white stripe wire, going into the display, it will eliminate the flashing, but also eliminates the display completely for the 4 X 4 or 2 X 4... I'm not sure, but even if the DGR unit is one of the hole shot modules, & you are running the Dyna ignition, it will still eliminate the flashing display, even though it won't offer any more performance benifit over the Dyna CDI... if you are not running a Dyna CDI, or one of the other hole shot modules, it will still offer the improved performance, as well...
