I am not sure what the problem is with some of the author icons but if you will PM forum member:

I guess you could call me an asst. to the admin. The only way I can see what is going on is to see the author icon and the ext. Email it to moderators@atvconnection.com
On the header put att. Raptory Icon and I will see if I can figure out what is going on.

Not sure Caper, but I imagined my ICON
to be much smaller. I resized it so many times
so, I have no motivation to get it smaller since
it works now.

I tried to update my Author Icon Which just was gone after the forum up-grade.........But The error was :"Variable TEMSTRUCT is undefined."
Any help with this would be great...........Thanks.......
I even tried to re-size my pictures and still no go...........Caper........

I did notice "ALOT" of the Author Icon's are now blank and no pictures in them!!!........Anybody know what happened........Caper...........

I tried a whole new Icon and it worked.................The file I had on my Comp. was already shrunk!!!!.........................So I just went new..............Caper......................

You can pick the icons from there own list ..................They should come up no trouble at all................................Caper..............

I tried to put in a custom pic and like headpressure said, it is only 24Kb. I made it bigger and it will not upload. Oh, Well, I will look just like most others.

I've been having the same issues. I have resized the jpeg down to 120 x 120 which ends up being 24KB.
That's a pretty small file for a photo and still no luck.
I've even tried html codes and img from hosting sites with no luck.
Any clues?

As you can see the problem is solved.
With Raptoryfn660r's help, the conclusion is using a gif. It appears to be the only format the upload likes to accept from me. It didn't work with jpg's and it sure didn't like tiff's or pdf's. I sized it 120x120 and it's sitting at around 16 KB. Gif's are what websites use for thumbnails so I guess that's why. So now I can find a good photo.
Not that my son on the Kodiak isn't good!
