To subscribe or unsubscribe hit on the little or what looks like a piece of paper with a red arrow next to your post. You can also use your today tab below the navigation area.
You can also go to your profile tab and: Set topics you post to default the "subscribe to thread" option as: Checked or not Checked
If you go this route be sure and hit update profile down at the bottom of the page.

how do you shut off your email so it dont email you every time you post something ?
