I'm sorry about that. When you ordered the upgrade you must have missed the note on the order page to enter your forum nickname into the order form so that we knew whom to upgrade. That happens frequently, so the next thing we do is search on your email address to identify your forum account. Except you didn't give us your email address either when you ordered! So then we usually look for the last name and sometimes we may find an old account a person had and we upgrade the wrong one!
The best thing to do if you don't see an upgrade is to email us or message us. Anyway, I found your order and I found you so you are now upgraded!

Sorry to hijack your post here but I also have a problem with mine...I payed to become a supporting member months ago and also got my hat and stickers a while ago to, but I still can't access the classified forum. Wasn't really a big deal until now since I've got a bunch of ds parts I need to get sold...a little help would be great.

I purchased mine also I didn't really did it for the Hat of for the stickers.........I did it to help out the site and also to add more pics to my page.
My brother will ge the hat and I'll put the stickers on my quad scrap book
