Have you tried to add the member to your "ignore user" list within the PM area? So they can't contact you.

You can email the moderators at moderators@atvconnection.com.. Hope this helps, with whom ever your having a problem with just ignore them let the moderators handle it...

Yes. Once you do that, you tell them who it is, and they can do a IP block..(if it is resnoble enough)..Which is basicly is blocking the person from this forum.
