Yes. The reason is because its a photo page. If there aren't any photos...it kind of defeats the purpose!!! So when I wrote the software I programmed it so that the moderators are only notified to review the page for approval if it has at least one photo on it.

Yes.. you do have to have pics on your page for them to approve it .

I have already posted it where it says "my page". I posted it awhile back and it still says approval pending.
