While riding my '01 raptor with the throtle all the way open my reverse light will come on and my engine will cut out. If i let off the throtle when the engine cuts out i can continue. Or if i see the reverse light come on before the engine cuts out and i let off the throtle the light will go off and the engine will not cut out. It does not do this all the time only on occassion. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem. Thanks

Clean the connection where the reverse wire enters your cases, and yes, it should be in Yamaha, but don't sweat it. Now you know.
