Shipping to Canada is $3.95 right now....that's without knowing our actual shipping costs. So you might want to purchase now, at $3.95, just in case shipping goes up later.

Yep! Use the online ordering and if you want to pay by check choose the "FAX ORDER IN" payment method. Print the fax invoice and enclose it in an envelope with a check.
You get:
