No. The Todays new topics includes todays new replies to old topics. I'm still undecided how I want to handle that

I am seeing the same topics as I did a week ago. Whats up? The old format ALWAYS had the NEW topics under TODAYS NEW TOPICS. Is there a setting that I have set wrong??????
