anyone in colorado know of any good trails??? just bought a new rancher 4x4 es and would like to find some places to ride it preferably in northern colo around ft collins

Ballard road in the Buckhorn canyon has a lot of trails. Kelly Flats with a nasty start going up Heart attack hill is another good one up the Poudre canyon . You might get the book "Guide to Colorado Backroads and 4-wheel Drive Trails" by Charles Wells. There are 2 volumes with a lot of trails and directions in them. It is mostly for Jeeps and such but I have found it usefull to find ATV trails. Good luck we might see ya around. Bill
