Where abouts in Northern Ontario was this? I live in Thunder Bay, Ont. Was it anywhere around that area? Thats the great thing about our area. We have so many isolated areas that it makes for some great outdoor adventures :)

We just got back from our 5 nite/4 day tour of Northern Ontario and all I can say is anyone who can go should do so as we had a great time.We rode almost 400 miles, never on the same trails twice! We had it all, bush roads, as much MUD as you want, mountains, one was 2900 ft up, hills that went straight up and down, saw bears, deer and 2 moose.The operator/owner guided us and his wife did the cooking and driving of the truck/enclosed trailer.She did an EXCELLENT job of seeing all our needs were met. Great food,(lobster, steaks, prime ribs,anything you would like to eat, she would do it for us. The guide really knew his territory, maps his trails sometimes with his GPS.We stayed at a different lodge each nite and heck, it was such a great time that we are going back again in September!!! The really great thing was that the people in that region really want us atvers to come and enjoy their many, many ,many miles of different types of trails and make you feel at home when you get there!Something around my area is definitely lacking!!!We rode all that time and never saw another person on any of the trails! If anyone has any questions feel free to contact me and if interested, come along on the next tour.

Samson-we left from Spanish,Ontario. Thats east of you I beleive. Spanish is on the Trans Canada Highway. Great trip, you are right, your country has some beautiful places to ride, not to mention the good beers!!!!

what is the cost of this trip? It sounds like a great time. I live in NW PA and would LOVE to go to Canada for a ride. Let me know. I don't know if I can make the fall ride, but I'm seriously considering it for next spring.
