Yesterday, my brother-in-law went to a lake near Manchester and told some ATV riders that he intended to end his life. The riders went off to call the police which was the correct thing to do. Unfortunately, nobody stayed with him and he drove away from the lake and went to a local Wal Mart and took his own life.
Folks, if someone tells you they are about to end it...don't leave them alone. It's their last cry for help. They are reaching out. They just need help.
For you NH riders that tried to help....thank you. That's more than some would have done.
We leave St Louis early tomorrow morning for the funeral.
