The funding suggested just doesn't match the facts! For those of you who don't know what this is.........every time you buy gas, you are paying highway taxes, BUT you don't even get to dirve on the highways. So, they are supposed to make an estimate of that amount, and return it to the OHV community in the form of funding for things that benefit riders.

They are actually recommending a DECREASE in funding.......that when OHV use has increased more than 100% in the last 10 years..........
Hard to imagine that this report was done in good faith by unbiased people............

I was wondering when they were going to actually issue the report (it's years late). Nice to know that after 3 years worth of work the most accurate results they could come up with have a 17 point margin of error. Nice to see our money went to such a good cause.
