There is no place near newburgh that's legal to ride. Try Paragon Adventure park in PA or October Mountain state park in MA. both are about two hours from you. You need to register your machine in MA if you plan to ride there. And there's always Tug Hill in Lewis County NY which is about 3.25 hrs from newburgh.
If you're hoping someone will post an illegal riding area near you just remember that one of the reasons we lost Maybrook was due to trespassing.
