Rappy, you NEED to go to Black Mountain Recreational Park in Harlan County (southeast KY, on KY/VA border). Thousands of acres to ride for free, as well as free guided tours, or you can ride on your own. Trails from easy to extreme. The main trailhead is located in the town of Evarts. You can legally ride your quad thru town to restaurants, gas stations, etc.-just obey laws. I live in Boone County in Northern KY and can get there in around 4 hours. Check them out at www.kyoutdoors.com and click on the link for the Harlan County Ridge Runners, which is the local ATV club there. If I can answer any questions about it, let me know.

I don't know of any dunes anywhere around here. Have you heard of Haspin Acres in SE Indiana? I've heard some good and a lot of bad about that place. Might be something to check out, though. I know where it is but I've never ridden there before. Kinda close to Brookeville- I believe it's in Laurel, IN.

rappy, there's also a trail system in Daniel Boone National Forest- I don't have a website for it, but if you do a Google search on it, I'm sure you can find it.
