I am also interested. I found out my job may be relocating me to Colombus. I may have to sell my sled, but I don't want to sell the banshee.

Just curious, who far is it to the Silver Lake dunes in Michigan? I am a sand thrower who will miss the dunes if I am relocated to Ohio for work...

There's a ride in Adena at Rumble on the Ridge this weekend, but I've already got plans. Right now planning on going to Hopedale the end of the month, probably head down Fri. the 29th to camp then ride Saturday the 30th.
Does anyone have a working link to the Hopedale Sportsmans Club? The one I have bookmarked, a homestead site, no longer works.

Hello to everyone. My name is Tom, and I have been riding on and off for the last 23 years, bikes, trikes, and quads. I currently have a 93 CR500, and a 90 LT500 Quadzilla. I and my friends and family, are having a heck of a time finding rider friendly trails in northeast ohio. Does anyone out there have any info on locations where it is cool to ride? Anywhere within 2 hours of cleveland is what I am looking for. We are going to try Bear Creek Park near canton, but we are always looking for more spots. Everything east of us, like Painsville is either closed down, or the trails are not big enough for my 500's. Thanks to anyone who can offer some suggestions. -Tom. (bigdog500).

i was with dave, owner of oaktree two weeks ago, riding in his truck and he said that so far, he is the only one selling ,and this means oaktree's 192 acres. we will loose the coupe, scooby, triple bitch, and killer, but hopefully, we will still have the zone for a while more. dave would'nt say when operations will be closing, he just said january, but would'nt say which january. the plant does'nt break ground till 08, so i don't know if it means this jan or next jan? i guess we will see, until then, i will continue to ride the hell out of that place! chicken coupe kicked my ass two weeks back, the quadzilla rolled back on me and smashed the bejeezus out of me, but i rode it back to camp, fixed it and rode that mother again the same day. anyway, see you guys out there somewhere, sometime...i'm the big guy riding the yellow quadzilla, or white cr500, or if i'm not riding, you can find me in the upper parking lot, by my truck with my dogs, hanging out, bs-ing and cookin out. -stop by and say hi if you see me there! piece out. -bigdog500 -tom.

I second what FRYEWOOD stated. All of those place are good places. Elson Street, Crow Canyon, and Wellsville are the best in Northeast, OH....Southern, Ohio would be Perry State Forest and Wayne National Forest...
