Wolf Pen Gap near Mena, AR.
Moccasin Gap on Hwy 7 north of Russellville, AR.
Mill Creek which is close to Cass, AR on Hwy 23.
Brock Creek north of Morrilton, AR. This is more west-central AR.
Superlift Offroad Park in Hot Springs, AR. This is more central AR.

Mill Creek (off of Hwy 23 near Cass) is north of Ozark which is west of Russellville on I-40.
Huckleberry Mtn is southwest of Clarksville off of Hwy 22 near Midway.
Go to the National Forest Service site and select the Ozark NF. Then go to recreation or off-road use, I can't remember how it is listed. They have info in the trails, where you can camp, and directions on how to get there.
The Ozarks are very rocky. So don't expect too much speed in some spots. You can get maps of the trails from the local Rangers or pick one up at a trailhead.
