Lake Murray in Oklahoma has a pretty nice park and a really nice camping/rv area.
Muenster is a good place, plenty of room at 2500 acres, but they do not allow night riding. Murray is a little smaller, but does allow night riding. Also they have a shower and bathrooms that are fairly clean.
Couple of places in east Texas too.
