Flags are a good idea! Here in Calif. it is the state law that you run a flag on public land, but you would be surprised how many people are oblivious and don't run one.

Thats nice how long do you thing a flag will last at finger lakes...I would give it about 10 minutes into the ride when a tree limb rips it off....

I think the flags are a great idea. Now if they can just fill in some of the mud holes and ruts the place would be alot better.

I noticed my last time at Finger Lakes State Park near Columbia, Missouri, that they are going to require flags as of January 1, 2006! So you may wish to get a flag prior to going to Finger Lakes, in the future.

I find it odd that they are again requiring them. As in the past the park was littered with them when they were required. So I guess it will again be littered with broken flag staffs and flags. Guess I will have to go buy one of those quick mounts on Ebay.

some people.... they just dont appreciate getting their tire ripped off by one of those infamous Finger lake dents... some of those are bad. I had 22's in the back and my skid still hooked up so bad in a rut on the top of a a climb that I had to dump the bike down the hill. I'm trying to buy stock in the company that makes the plastic for the 300ex headlight. An hour before that, ditched it at the track and bent it up sorta, but the hill killed it. Are we gonna hafta have flags at the track? That would make me sad. They're a good idea but a hinderance for certain air tricks.

forgot to add this to my sig. --300ex and CB antenna holder converted to flag stay. I have never broken a flag and ive rolled my bike down two hills and ontop of myself at the track.

Do you still have to have one at St. Joe. I havn't been in years and am looking at four wheelers again. How is Fingerlakes to ride at.
