it's definitaly safe ive been riding the barrens all my life and its very rare to see a park ranger or be bothered by cops as long is you dont do somthing stupid to have them called they wont mind. if you do run into any don't stop for them under any circumstances they can give you a warning or impound your quad but usually they dont impound your quad as long as you dont ride road or piss them off.But anyway if you do have problems with the police just run from them its almost impossible to get caught out there cause theres so many trails and pits. Ive been riding there for 10 years and still dont no all the trails. I think you should go with your friends cause the pine barrens is second best riding place in my list of riding places. #1 Mojave Desert. Any way you shouldnt pass up this experiance its damn fun and youll have a good time. Be safe.

Is it safe to ride in the pine barrens and whats the fine if you get caught, some of my freinds invited me to go down with them and i wanted to see if it is safe
