I'm glad I'm not the only one to see the humor in this.

I don't think we will be there this weekend. The dragstrip does need some rock removal or I need a faster bike. I need a raise so I can get the 720 kit.

I found out why I was getting out ran last weekend. My Front Sprocket was missing 4 teeth.
Posted by: LMF
The bad thing is I beat you without 4 teeth on my front sprocket. I just don't know what to think about a guy who drives a Chevy and rides a Honda. You must be looking for trouble.

We are playing Saturday night. I like to say drink beer and win some money.

This is the new thread for the Salina Dam Ryders..This will be a thread to hang out and schedule weekend rides and trips to the dunes Etc.. Meet new area riders and get updates on club news..
Posted by: Spudss
Well it is because I am getting a group together and as of now it is called the Dam Ryders.. And I was hoping that everyone would use this one and let the other thread be deleted and that way it doesnt really say where the riding area is for the fear of over crowding.. This site is kinda going to be a home base untill I can get a website up and running..
Posted by: Spudss
Ya It was a GREAT day to ride for sure.. It was pretty cool having that many quads hitting the trails at the same time.. You can make trails quick like that..I cant wait to see the Video Don J filmed.. My little 400 eating your Big Bad YFZ off the line ALL DAY BABY LOL...
Posted by: Spudss
I will do that if it is good and shows me tearing you off the line I will email it onto you for safe keeping LOL Pm me your email address..
Posted by: Spudss
Whos all riding this weekend??
Buck,
Are you and your guys riding this weekend?? I havent been able to contact my GRDA guy to find out any more info. on if they have been to the dam to look at the progress or not.. I am also going to ask if we can bring semi-heavy equipment down and repair the Drag strip and the Mx track and maybe some of the rougher roads..

Ya you are slow but I dont think a 720 kit could help you with that..
Buck give the boy a raise "Off his A$$ and on his feet" that will help get some work done around that place...LOL
Posted by: Spudss
I will be posting some pics in my profile page also..
Posted by: Spudss
I talk to my GRDA guy last night and told him about the clean up.. He was happy to hear about it and said " Good that will take the tension off of everyone" But he also said he was going to make a pass through and look at what has been done...
Im hoping to get another clean-up gathering going again.. To head back into the trails and clean.. Also to drag the big pieces to the PIT.. Hopefully we can get a hice weekend after the holidays are over... The first part of Jan. once it gets closer we can deside on a date and time to do it weather permitting(pouring down rain or snow) other than that Im game....
Posted by: Spudss
Keep up the fabulous maintence routine you have going on your quad....LOL Thats your they get the nick name CRAPTOR.. There crap... Trade up to a real bike.... HONDA...LOL
Oh ya I went riding Wed. and the water was down.. And I could get into the Sand Bottoms... Only for about 20 Min..Before they sounded the sirens and We could bearly make it out due to the over saturated sand.. It was like quick sand.. And the water was coming up quick.. Close call..LOL
I will try to be in contact with GRDA on how the area is being managed... I will pass on any and all info. as it becomes available to me...
Posted by: Spudss
Ya you did beat me ONCE out of what 10 races.. Good job Im proud of your.. You are becomeing a great riding.. Stick with me and you will be great when you grow up..LMAO...
Only the best for me.. Chevy and Honda...
Posted by: Spudss
Well we went riding again yesterday and got down it the bottoms...Also working on a couple new trails... I think I will go down today a ride considering tommarrow is going to be like 35 for a high...
Posted by: Spudss
Will that work on that rocky ground.. That would be sweet to have that strip smoothed out and maybe the little mx track too.. All my familyis getting sick so Im not sure I can go ride now...Either I will ride just to get away from the sickness or cant ride to stay and be Doc. Spudss
Posted by: Spudss
Well I got to get out and ride today and boy was it a nice day to ride... The water was down as low as it has been in about 2 months.. You could get to the bottoms and cross the river to the chat piles.. There was a good turn out for a saturday.. No one really was racing today.( that sucks) but the trail riding was pretty good.. I hit some of the new trails that we cut.. All and all it was another good day to ride..
Posted by: Spudss
Went riding yesterday at the dam and boy was it cold!!! But there were more PPL than I thought would be there.. There was a knarly crash.. This kid on a new 400ex 04' model.. (his very first quad) was flying around the drag area and was doing circles around the jusmping area and misscalculated his turn and hit jump and went about 15-20 feet in the air and nose dived into the ground.. It inverted one of his wheels and the front bumper looked like a tin can that had been through a compacker.. He was wearing a helmet and it broke the face piece in 2 and I think it shattered his jaw and face area and did some sort of damage to his ribs or chest area.. He was complaining of bad pain in his chest.. They had to carry him to the truck and rushed him to the hospital...He wasnt a local.. I think I have seen him there once before last week.. There was blood every where though.. It was bad..
Other than that the water was the lowest Ive seen since summer.. We got across to the chat piles and road there and in the sand bottoms.. It was a good day if you had enough warm clothes on HAHA..
Posted by: Spudss
He's NOT a local.. So he might not ever ride there again..
Posted by: Spudss
Merry Christmas to all..
I hope you keep our armed forces and there families in your prayers this season.. And as long as it takes to bring them home safely.
I believe I will be riding on Sunday after Xmas.. It is suppose to get to 60deg.. And I will have to work off some extra weight...LOL
Buck did you get the pics I emailed you????????
Posted by: Spudss
So how is going to ride on Sunday the 26th..???
Posted by: Spudss
Well we will miss you but have a safe trip..
Posted by: Spudss
WOW it was a great day to get out and ride.. The water was down and the trails were great...
Posted by: Spudss
Hippy,
That is alright.. Where abouts is the new land?? Ive heard a couple different stories of where it is..
Man this weather is great.. Almost 70 for the next couple days.. Who is riding on this long weekend..??
Posted by: Spudss
Cool jack Im glad you found the site and figured it all out.. I had a blast sunday.. It is suppose to be nice all week.. What days are you avalible to ride?? Im off till Mon. So Im good to go...
Posted by: Spudss
Hey jack how was the riding today? I had a B-Day party to go to that prevented me from riding today.. I heard there was a big turn out though.. Heath said you were wanting to make a trip to Sahara?... Well hopefully next weekend will be another nice day to try to hit the trails..
Posted by: Spudss
I am hoping to be down there to ride this weekend if I get my new shocks on.. I will be able to test them out..
Posted by: Spudss
I got the shocks on and am ready to ride.. Who is all riding this weekend??? It looks to be a nice day.. Hopefully the trails arent all that muddy...
Posted by: Spudss
I went last sunday and the water was up the highest I have even seen.. The trails were not to bad.. Muddy in some spots.. But the river was up to the top of the banks..They had 2 gate wide open and all the turbins running.. But I havent been down there since last sunday.. But they had the gates locked to get to the drag strip..Hopefully the water will be down next weekend and the Temps will be up..LOL I might go down and ride some today.. If so I will let you know how it looks down there..
Posted by: Spudss
Ya Im thinking of riding Sat. Instead of Sun. Because it is suppose to be a hair warmer(hahaha) Sat. I am hoping they are not running water so we can get to the drag strip.. I will post Sat. morning for sure to let you know if I am going...If you have AIM (aol instant messanger) PM me your sreen name.. And I will chat at you that way also.. Later..
Posted by: Spudss
WOW is that an invite to come drink and lose all my money?? I could change my plans...LOL...
Posted by: Spudss
Hey that was my bad I forgot to post that I was going to Stillwater to practice on the track up there for the upcoming race.. I left out early and forgot all about posting....I cant believe the water is even down. The last time I was down there the river was coming over the banks.. I had never seen it that high before.. Did the sand area change?? I figure all that down there would change with how high the water was a couple weeks ago...
Posted by: Spudss
Take I-44 east to 412 to chouteau north on 69 east on 20 to boatman turn right go all the way to the end of that road and your there..The MX track really isnt good at all it only has two hills to jump and in between those two hills is a circle track LOL.. We need a dozer to make some woops and a table top and some doubles.. Then it would be a mx track...
Posted by: Spudss
Ya just follow Boatman all the way to the end and then vear to the right and cross the cattle guards and your there... We have made some new trails that are pretty nice.. It is suppose to rain this week so the mud holes should be prime for you..
Posted by: Spudss
I did the paint job on it.. It is air brushed.. They are OMF scoops that come bare metal..I need to redo them because I rolled it at the dam trying to climb a nice sized cliff and rounded the scoop on the left side.. But I straightened it up and now I need new paint on them.. I think I might go with the red with yellow graphix.. Because the skulls are hard to see on the inside.. Thanks for the feedback on them..
Posted by: Spudss
I will be there Saturday for sure.. Sunday is suppose to rain.. SO tommarrow is looking good for me... Anyone else for saturday???
Posted by: Spudss
WOW was there alot of riders out yesterday.. The Cabin Fever was getting to everyone I guess.. There was a great turn out and the weather was great as well.. The water was down so you could ride the sand and cross the rver to the chat piles.. All and All it was a great day of riding..

The ONLY one that came to help out.. And he was very helpful.. Unlike you.. Your all show and no go.. Thats why you clash with most ppl not just me... You go and post on other threads and find out info. and then go and start another thread of the same thing that ignorant..
I can give you about 7 ppl that have been to your web site and said YOU said you and your crew did the clean up.. I have heard that directly from those ppl.. I didnt just think it up.. I wanted to keep the area on the down low to help the efforts with maintaining the trash.. And know Dam Ryders dont own the dam but THEY have done all the work to keep a riding place open.. And as I recall the weather was very nice for the day of the clean up its just your all talk..
I dont think there really need to be 10 threads for salina I believe 1 or 2 will work.. And to have the threads deleted the starter of the thread must have the moderator do it.. Your trying to promote your website by posting lame posts and with that trying to boost your post count.. You should really go back and reread all your posts before you start running your mouth again..Your ignorance is just getting old...
Posted by: Spudss
Well listen the proplem is every time we need help you say you will be there to help BUT YOU NEVER SHOW UP...Your all talk..It might say that on your site but you are telling ppl that you guys did the clean up and that is not true so dont be leading ppl on that you all do great things for the ORV community when really you dont do anything but talk.. And you really dont know what you are talking about.. BLAH BLAH BLAH...
This is a forum for the ppl who ride at the dam and help keep the area clean.. And that is why I started it so everyone that goes down there has one place to go to hook up and set up cleaning days and riding get togethers...All I told you was there is 5-6 different Salina threads and you probably new it because you most likely started them to.. Try your search button before you clutter the site with more trash threads.. As for the dam ride try showing up on any given sat or sun and there will be ppl to ride with...
Posted by: Spudss
To all the readers of this thread....
This is what I wrote on another salina thread that racechick started over the dam ryders thread to let everyone know that there is a place called salina dam....
"oppps why dont you post that ? on the dam ryders post where people that ride there read those threads..???? "
-------------------------
And now it is so far out of control.. I will NEVER post on your threads again SORRY.. I didnt know it would blow u like this just by suggesting something... I am done with you racechick so just drop it.. You win.. Your right.. Whatever..
Posted by: Spudss
You just cant drop it can you???!!!!! Your are the one who jumped down my throat first by posting "Could you be any more ruder" So on and so on.. I was just posting that most of the riders in the area post on the dam ryders thread.. Maybe I need to speak in laymans terms so I dont affend anyone next time with my posts.. And I will be getting in touch with the ppl who said your the one who told them about the clean up.. And will let them post or pm you either way.. Those are the ppl who I heard it from and I wanting to clear it up that it is not true.. Maybe you pissed them off to and were talking trash about you.. I DONT KNOW thats just what I heard...But trust me there are atleast 5 ppl who told me that is what you told them.. I refuse to have a battle of wits with someone who is unarmed..
You have a right to your opinion and I have a right to mine.. So if you want to take pop shots for kicks go ahead.. I was only stating my opinion and you wanted to get all bent out of shape over it..
Posted by: Spudss
Ya read what I wrote I can get ahold of ATLEAST (meaning a minimun of ) The others I will have to see at the dam agian and let them know.. They probably havent read these post either.. And when they do Im sure you will here there feedback.. Its not a defense it is to express my opinion of what I heard and if you didnt say it so be it.. I didnt hear you say it.. I just heard from riders that have been to your site that you said it.. You are the one getting defensive about nothing..Dont use dam ryders thread I was just posting a ? on the salina ride thread.. The last time I checked I ppl were allowed to do that..I didnt just make up that you were telling ppl about the clean up to have something to argue with you about trust me I have WAY better things to do.. And at this point its like talking to a wall anyway.. You just want to keep on egging it on with your little pop shots..

Exactly Iit was tyler that posted it and I was posting to him and you had to pop off to a post that had nothing to do with you.. I was telling him about why not post it on dam ryders if he wanted to hook-up with some riders... And now I am dealing with this BS from you for helping someone out.. Ya Im a D!@#...
And I posted that because even you wrote go to dam ryders ..Thats were ppl who rider there post there.. And that is what I was posting to tyler in the beginning.. Before you had to go poping off..This is not a court proceeding as you are trying to make it out to be.. I WAS TRYING TO POINT YOUR BUDDY IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.. THATS IT.. Not to get into a typing battle with you LET IT GOOOOOOOOOO..

I am the one who orginally posted the salina ride thread and since I posted it I will throw in my 2 cents on it. I am a grown adult and I feel like I can post what I want when I want and where I want. If you have an issue with all this, PM me or put it here...I don't know why you feel the need to keep harassing Dawn for something I originally started. Yep, she has defended herself and her point over the whole topic about the Salina area.
TYLER....
HARASSING?????? I dont believe I am holding somthing to her head and making her post on this thread.. I have been trying to explain myself.. And she wants to continue to egg on the situation.. I was posting to you in the first place NOT HER.. I dont see you post much so I was letting you now were to get ahold of the local riders and she takes over and starts going off.. So I went off.. MY Bad.. But I was writing to youin the first place not her..

Well I havent been here for a while because I am just sick of all the stupid crap that is said and done on this site.. Ignorant ppl and ignorant posts...
Well I believe as of Monday morning the Salina Dam Riding Area Is NO LONGER!!!!!!!!!!
There was a near fatal (guy is in critical condition and has a 50/50 chance) crash down there Saturday afternoon.. And GRDA and every agency around showed up and said "NO MORE THATS IT WERE DONE WITH THIS"
This guy was a riding freind of mine and was racing on the drag strip and was on his way back to the start (racing back) when some IDIOT PUNK decided he would pull out in front of him.. It demolished the predator that he was on and trough him over the bike and broke EVERY bone in is face all of his teeth and on one arm broke every bone from his fingers to his shoulder and broke all his ribs and puntured his lungs another buddy said by the time they got to him there was a 3ft puddle of blood around him, they life flighted him to tulsa... All because you have stupid ppl riding a machine they have NO bussiness being on.. This guy(the one who pulled out in front of this guy) had a brand new warrior and it broke the case in half and pretty much destoyed his quad to on top of crushed his leg..
Stupid ppl sould stick to rollerblades... So it was fun while it lasted.. And thanks again for all the ppl that put the effort into helping with the clean up and up keep of the dam area..
Posted by: Spudss
I havent been able to get ahold of his wife but the last I heard he was still in critical condition but stable and they had inserted a feeding tube and wired his jaw together.. I am trying to find out how he is doing..
As for the dam they have taken down the signs we made and are in the process of locking it down.. it is still open but running riders out.. We are trying to petition the head of GRDA to open it as a member only riding area.. Something to the effect of paying $25-$50 a year to get a permitt to ride.. That way it can be gated and only the members will have a key or gate code to get in and ride.. That will most likly be the only way they will open it to riders(plus they will make money off it)
Posted by: Spudss
It will work because on top of all that you would have a member sticker that would have to be on your truck and quad at all times.. If you are caught without any you will get ticketed..
The City of Stillwater runs there trail system the same way and it has worked for years now.. Ya you could be a chump and try and might get any with it once or twice but you will get caught eventually...
Posted by: brutis
I want to go check out the damn. How do you get there from OKC and is the mx track any good?
Posted by: Hippyhunter
HEY GUYS, ANOTHER BUCK HERE TOO;IN TULSA. SOUNDS LIKE YOUR DOING GOOD FOR THE REPUTATION AND SPORT. THANK YOU!
SPUDS, WHERE IS THE DAM AREA? BELOW WHAT LAKE...IM ME IF YOU WANT TO KEEP A LIL SECRET. IF I EVER GO IT WOULD BE RARE SINCE I RIDE ON A FRIENDS 600 ACRE "FARM" A FEW COWS AND TONS OF TRAILS FOR QUADS.

OOOOPS, THANKS TO TULSA TRAIL RIDERS WE WILL HAVE A NEW SPOT IN THE NEXT YEAR....1700ACRES!

Hope everybodys OK and critqueing the bobbles. At least you guys were symetrical whith your flips!
Just back from a recon day trip to Little Sahara w/ buddy on his 650 Praire and my 400EX.
Crowede when we got there at noon and thinning fast because of Sunday afternoon and cold front after 85deg Day before park was crowded and you could tell there was NOTHING to be reserved.
Gonna be interesting getting a elec/water spot in the park itself. There is a new yet to be opened trail to a city park in Waynoka.
Posted by: Racechick73
Just wondering why a new post on it? I figured if we kept it on one post like the other 91 posts on it...it would show lots of interest and such on it...people could keep up with your efforts of cleaning it up and caring...just a thought...no biggie though...

All I read was BLAH BLAH BLAH...
You're helping to promote your area alright...you might want to quit being such an...oh well, I shouldn't have to tell you because I think other people can read the fact that you are overpowering on your riding area and your efforts out there. Good luck...
Dawn
Posted by: Racechick73
If you go to our forum, it says on that thread about the Salina Dam that we WANT to help out...it never says we DID help out. I reread my posts and I reread some of yours...you might take that last line of your last post as your own advice....
Dawn
Posted by: Racechick73
Ok...tell me what people said that I personally helped with the clean up efforts...give me names...that'll be your proof to show that I said it. Otherwise, I don't think there is any evidence to my so called efforts...I tell you and any one that reads this:
I said we tried to help out by making arrangements to go out and help. We offered the help, but we DID NOT make it out due to other circumstances in life.
On second thought, I doubt I would ever try to help out there...unfortunately...I don't think I'd be welcome out there if you have so many people out there that already don't like a person that haven't met yet. That's too bad because as ATVers would should really stick together instead of giving each other a hard time about not actually showing up on a clean up day. At least we tried to make it and we did spread the word that there was a clean up effort out there...but I guess that really doesn't matter, huh?
When you become a moderator or owner of this forum, let me know...or delete all those "trash" threads I put up...LOL! I'm so glad you keep up with all my posts...kinda fun to know...if you don't want to read one of the posts I write...skip over it...don't waste your precious time to read it.
By the way, what are the rest of your ORV accomplishments? Since I am supposed to be the one who doesn't do anything positive to help out...just wondering what it is that you're doing that I'm not...I think I have done enough for my group the Rebel Outlaws...granted we are friends who ride many areas and have done community projects...just wondering how many you have done...maybe learn something...
Dawn
Posted by: Racechick73
Thanks...I appreciate it...I guess you couldn't come up with any names to prove your theory of me saying I was a clean up person out there...well I didn't think you could....because I posted several times that I DID NOT help out there but did try to make time to go out.
Again, I stood up for myself because you did jump down my throat on a few issues...I didn't jump down yours just for fun...I have better things to do...LOL!
Your suggestion to use only the DAM RYDERS thread is fine...for YOU...but it doesn't mean that every single poster had to. If someone wants to create their own "trash" thread (according to you!), let them. Who cares....I think there are a lot of posters who don't bother to do a SEARCH first...they just do a new post...but hey if the ATV Connection forum wants to make new rules, you might want to join the board for it...just a thought!
Again, thanks and have a great day....
Dawn

I love how the stuff changes on here...no from a dozen people to at least 5...wow...
If you want to say stuff that you heard and make that your defense...maybe you shouldn't spread what you heard...let the people that are supposed to be saying it...say it themselves...that would keep you out of it, wouldn't it?
Anyways...
Dawn
Posted by: Racechick73
LOL!...what is really funny is that TYLER was the one who originally started the SALINA RIDE one. If you read the first sentence it says...OOOPS...this is TYLER!....
Yeah, I wrote your last evidence...so what? It doesn't mean I have to post on the DAM RYDERS one all the time...I'm not associated with them...so if I feel like adding my 2 cents to another thread about Salina I will when I feel like it...again the quote you fished up is another way of having good intentions of sending people your way...but I guess I won't be doing that anymore...
Dawn
Posted by: Racechick73
Maybe we should combine our efforts and go get some stuff done in front of Congress or something over ATVing...nah, we'd probably end up in wrestling match or something first...LOL!
Glad we were entertaining...

hey this is tyler (polaris700) man that sucks i hope your buddy pulls through i have been in a serious wreck on a quad like that in 2000 i know how he feels especialy when you cant controll what happened it also sucks they shut it down but i had talked to some grda people in tulsa at the boat show and they said it was on a list to be shut down regardless i dont know just what i heard
anyways give us some info on where to send cards or flowers so we can show the riding family supports one another
tyler and the rebel outlaw team
Posted by: Racechick73
Well on the gate key/code, all it takes is for one person to pay and then make copies of the key or give out the code to all his/her buddies. I'm not sure that would work...but anyways, keep us posted.

He failed to mention the fact that he broke the teeth on purpose himself to use that as an excuse. BR>
I'm going to go hide in a hole now before I get hammered on here. BR>

I don't like your riding stories anymore.
Number 1...someone got hurt.
Number 2...you're riding and we aren't. BR>

We were talking about coming over Sunday but after further review we have wimped out thinking it's going to be too cold. (Feel free to start flaming us now if you want)
We may just stay up at the shop and play poker all day instead. At least we can stay warm and drink beer that way. BR>

Just wondering.

It's looking like the "Wild Bunch" is making the trip over from Siloam. We are bringing a couple of Raptors with us so we could have some broken parts. Other then that plan on some hard riding and hell raising......it's been awhile.

Where ya from? I see on your avatar it says California. Is that a town in Oklahoma? If so come on over and hook up w/ us. If it's the state of California you could be in for a long drive. BR>

Me and the Arkansas crew have gone over a couple of times in the last few weeks. Haven't heard from Spud any though. That's probably why it's been quiet in here. I haven't even seen him riding over there at all. Don't know what happened to him.BR>
Hope to hear from him soon though. It's kind of quiet around here without him.

HA!!! This is gonna be good.
I'll let him tell you the answer to that one. I have a funny feeling he's going to have plenty of time on his hands to sit around and surf the net in the next few weeks.
Let's just say his weekend was cut a little short. BR>

Yup, a broken bone. BR>
We were just talking a couple of weeks ago about how he had never broken a bone before. Can't say that anymore.
I'll go ahead and spill the beans. Sometime Saturday morning they were playing around doing some jumping on a small dune while they were waiting on a buddy to get back from camp. Somehow the rear of his Raptor kicked up on him and he nosed it over. It landed on him pretty hard. The end result was a broken left collar bone and a bruised up leg.
The details will probably have to be answered by him. That would be the Cliff's Notes version. BR>

How is your buddy doing? Let us know.
What is the status of riding at the dam?

So just keep going south through Boatman and its at the end of the trail right? The last time I was there was with friends and they drove so the directions are still a little fuzzy. I remember lots of great mud down there though. Haha, and watching some Blazers with street tires trying to run though it and getting stuck. Then the guy with the f250 decided to try to "get around behind them" and got even more stuck. Ah, the good times! Can't wait to go down there again. Maybe I'll go Friday. Hmmmmm ....... muuuuuud ....... :-)
Yeah, I need some Salina pics for my profile!

Oh, sweet! I love new trails! I get to be the one to make the ruts, haha.

BTW, Spudss, did you order those scoops with that paint job or did you do those yourself? I love the "Get 'Er Done!"

Finally got to go out to the dam again. Forgot what a nice little area that is. I still think I like Grand a little better, but I ride a utility so that's natural. It was fun to do a little night riding. I couldn't believe I didn't see anyone else out there the whole evening and night. 'Course, it was a Thursday. I should have taken a tripod so I could do pictures of jumping the tabletop ... fun!

Welcome to the forums Diva! So what do you usually ride? Have any favorite places to ride?
Posted by: evilhedgehog
Went up there Friday and was shocked to only see one other person there the entire four hours I was there late afternoon. The water was low so I went out and played on the piles in the middle of the river. Lots of fun. Got a decent picture or two, put them in my profile. Hopefully the admins will approve pretty quick. Goin to Little Sahara with a big group this weekend, should be lots of fun. The sport quads will be running circles around me, though, they just got brand new paddle tires. I need to get a z400! Hehehe ...

Ouchy, that had to suck. My weekend up there went much better. Beautiful weather, big group, lots of fun. The dunes were peaked, but you could get up them so long as you didn't bury your back end with bad shifting. Hopefully will get a few pics up soon.

this is TYLER...again this is TYLER...
TYLER....

Spudss,
Me and the Bro are going to try to make it this weekend. Finally got time to join up in these forums. Still don't have it all figured out. Little Bro is looking at a Z400 this guy we know is trying to sell. I think he's got the sport bike fever.
Will try to keep informed on this weekend, hope to get to go, had a blast last time.

I'm going to try to make it sunday, probably around 10 or 11. Hopfully it doesn't rain us out.

Spudss,
Riding was good yesterday until the sky opened up and dumped on us. It was still fun thought, a little wet, muddy and cold
but good. That would be awesome to make a trip to Sahara. Hopefully will see you next weekend, the weatherman is calling
for high 50's sunday sounds great for riding.

Spudss
We are going to try to ride saturday mike has to work sunday. The weather looks to be sunny but not as warm as they said earlier in the week. Hopefully the mud has dried up some. Do you think they will have the gate to the drag strip open. Mike got a Z400 and wants to try it out. Haven't got to ride in about two weeks looking foward to this weekend, maybe we'll get lucky and it won't be as cold as they are forcasting. Hope to see you there if your not busy.

Went riding at the dam today, it was a little cold!!!!There wasn't a very big turnout just a few riders. Went down in the sand, the water was down for a few minutes, then started rising very fast almost didn't get out of the bottoms Guess we should pay more attention next time. Still a good day riding. Maybe the weather will be better next time.
