im looking for a good place where we can ride and my buddy can rent an atv, i have a 2 wheel drive sport quad (quadzilla) so keep that in mind, i would rather lower mich but if its not to far into upper mich thats ok. Im not from mich so what is required for me to ride here, its licenced and insured. some help would be great its kinda a last minute thing. I checked the atvoffroad site and didnt get much info.

you will need an orv sticker which can be bought at just about any outdoor sport shop or place that sells sporting goods.
I know there is a rental place in mio, michigan and in lewiston and there are quite a few riding trails or riding areas around.
The mio rental place is close to Bull Gap riding area and a ton of state designated riding trails. I believe you can view the riding trails and loops on the michigan DNR Website. If you do go to this area I would suggest you avoid the Deer Creek Loop Trail as it is very tight and techinical and designed more for dirt bikes.
Good luck!
I will be riding the Atlanta trails this weekend which is about 30 min north of Mio and about 15 min north of Lewiston.
