I ride in Kingston on the RT44 extension project and have never had to much of a problem until yesterday. For the first time (for the group I ride with) the EP had a 4x4 Quad out in the pit working with the Kingston Police on getting us out of the woods. We are on race bikes and got away. But still, doesn't make for a fun day to have to run the entire time and worry about your trucks that are parked in the pit.
Last weekend we rode in Plymouth on the powerlines off of Long Pond Road (south of MS) and got chased by the EP in Ford Explorers.
Two kids that came with our group stopped. They had registered quads and still got fined $375.
Also, FYI abou the Commercial sand pit behind the Kingston Mall, the owner bought a Quad and has a guy out their on Sundays kicking people out.
It's a red 4x4 quad. If you stop and talk to him, he will just ask you to leave.
Let me know if you have any questions on the area. I have been all over it.

I dont think you will find any legal places to ride over there . Unfortinatly the banned atv riding in Miles Standish in Plymouth years back . Pi$$ed me off . Was some great riding too.

WARNING!!!!!
A bunch of guys got their atv's confiscated along the powerlines in Bournedale. The Enviromental police came down with a flatbed trailer and somehow caught a bunch of riders and hauled away their rides, that sucks!

im 15 and live in kingston mass about 5 mins down the street from plymouth and me and my buds have a great place to ride wear the cops usually dont bother us. its the new route 44 there putting in. all around that area is a ton of pits a couple rough tracks and miles of trails all the way to the cape also there are some good hill climbs and tons of long wide straights great for draging [44 itself being 1 of the best].
