I haven't been there since last May. Sounds like there will be several 700s there. My paddles (3rd set) are on order, so I will be on the stock tires. I did not care for the Extremes or the Geckos so far on the V. May see you guys there.

Orangerocket- Skat Trak told me they recommend a 24x11x10 Edge 7 paddle. I wish they would be consistent in their recommendation because I have heard several different recs out of them.
The Extremes push way too much. I could not steer in loose sand and it wore me out in about a half hour of trying to turn the damn thing.

Orangerocket- Were you there this afternoon? I saw an orange V Force pass me going that direction on the way home. I rode until about 1:00 and loaded up.
Didn't keep the Extremes. I bought them at Jim's Sand Toys at Little Sahara and he agreed to trade me out for the Edges. They should be receiving the 24x11x10 Edge 7 paddles any day and I will get a set of those. Douglas is building a special 11" wide wheel for the V Force so it will have enough flotation. The extra width of the tire should flatten out the 24" tire closer to a 22". I hope this combo works better than what I have tried so far. If you use the Extremes, you had better invest in some Dune Runner tires for the front so you can steer the beast.

With tax it was about $293. Not cheap, but it sure is fun. Don't get in too big of a hurry to get sand tires. The stock Holeshots work very well, especially for Red River. For Little Sahara you might want paddles, but only if you plan to use them alot. For the money, I almost wish I had not bought anything. Unless all you do is drag racing, the Edge is the best bet. The Extremes go straight ahead and nothing more, at least on the V Force.

im going to wait until u get ur tires and see how you like them..im hoping i can find a dual set up for my 700, im tired of the Zs running right beside me too. i wish the boyz from mena.ark would come back ,we had a great time with them down there. they had about 25 quads with stock tires on them so we beat them up pretty bad but we had a blast they are some great guys

I've heard there are places to ride at Pat Mayse Lake. Is that true? If so, how are they?
