It's an or two up to Christmas valley and you won't need permits out there unless things have changed in the last month or so. Don't know too much about closer to lakeview though sorry.

Our family is going to be camping for a week on the Oregon border by Lakeview. I was wondering about some riding areas I was thinking of Christmas valley dunes we have never rode sand. I also read some thing about the back county discover trail is this a good ride we will be running 3 trailbosses and a rally any help or input would be great
