Coverage of the Dakar Rally just started on the Speed channel and it got me thinking how great it would be to experience something like that and what others would say their ultimate riding or racing experience would be.
If I had the money to build a machine (for me it would probably be a some what modified Rincon 4x4 because of the reliablity) and enter it in the amatuer class I could die a happy man.
I would also like to across Canada or at least the Canadian Rockies on a atv. That Bolivia ride sounds cool too.
So what about you guys?

Africa dune riding, Dakar.
But Yellow Stone Park will work.
After talking to Park Ranger in Cody Wy.
A trip would be great. You License you quad and insure it, then you can ride anywhere you want in the park system. Fire roads trails, highways, sounds to good.
You need lights, turn signals, horn, mirror. They thought the tires are OK for Wy. DOT.
