Here is the website for the public riding areas in Iowa. http://www.iowaohv.com/ridingarea.htm Personally I've only ridden up in Waterloo but the park is great place to riding for just a couple hours or a day whatever you want to spend there. So if the other parks are setup as well as waterloo is setup it is worth your time to go to the park's but just make sure that you get your machine registered.

ive ridden in most of hte public parks maniy ELY "600 acres as some of you might call it" i was really wondering if someone knew of a private place to ride thats worth the drive like near iowa city/cedar rapids?.... has anyone rode on the small dirt track between iowa city and parnell - East pittsburg wat we calll it down here?

have you tried the OHV park between Ely and Solon? I've never ridden there but i've driven by and it looks like a fun place. I think there's a park up by Waterloo too. You from CR?

Yeah I ride Near Fortmadesion by the river at a little place with a nice mx track and some huge hills
