What's the deal with being able to ride there. I think I know where you are talking about, the place on the right when your going north?

a place called greenridge state park . about 23 mile trail loop. look up orv trails in md. also there are some more state parks little west . you need a state permit to ride 35.00 for a year. not bad

I ride alot off of RT15 near Thurmont. Its about a 5min drive for me . It is a great place to pratice and get good air from the doubles and table tops.

Another good place to ride is located in southern Md, Budds Creek area off of rt234.
