I think that's Hwy. 165 in Alex. Whatever the number is it's the Lake Charles Highway. Another way to go would be to continue on I-49 through Alex. and keep going south toward Opelousas for about 10 miles. Take the Forest Hill/Lecompte Exit and turn right onto Hwy 112. This will take you to Forest Hill. When you get to Forest Hill turn left onto hwy 165 after you cross the railroad tracks at the stop light. Go about 3 miles and there will be a sign on the right at Boy Scout Road. Follow this road about a mile to a gravel road that leads to the entrance to LA Dunes.

I'll be up there too, when I finally get back from Canada. By the way I'm freezing my can-cans off. It's -4 and the snow is everywhere. See you at the dunes Sporty and Ced.

Halloween was big last year, the biggest I have seen. I had forgoten about it, maybe I'll be able to make it. I will have to check the work schedule.

Its in Forest hill, Louisiana. Approx. 20 miles south of Alexandria. Takes me 2 hours and 10 minutes to drive there. Take interstate 49 to Alex. and exit on Mac Aruthur drive in Alex. Head south out of alex. I forgot the name of the road. Once you get to forest hill continue on till you see the La dunes sign on the right side of the road. ITs approx. 3miles out of Forest Hill. Turn right and your pretty much there.
