Hey all. I also live by Evansville, (Newburgh). I haven't been to Lynnville in a long time but the last I heard it's still open as long as you ride on the parking lot side of the woods. If you cross the HWY to the mine side you may get a ticket. As to Hapin Acres it's about 4 to 4.5 hours from Evansville. Turkey bay at Land Between the Lakes in Kentucky is about 2 hours away and is a very good place to ride. I go there about 5 or 6 times a year. Also Badlands up north in Attica, IN is 700+ of sand dune riding, it's about 3 to 3.5 hours away. Back to SW Indiana.. there is also a place just north of Lynnville called spurgeon. I'm also told that there are a few other places around but I haven't checked them out as of yet. I mostly just goto Turkey Bay, or the local MX tracks. Let me know if you want to ride. If you have not been to Attica, IND then you have got to go to their dunes there! It is 1400 acres of sand, hills, and woods. You can be there all day and not see everything. It is located about 30 miles inside of IND. when you are leaving ILL. near Danville, ILL. It is off of I-74. We drive 3 hours to get there from Galesburg, IL and have never been disappointed. It costs $15 per day or $20 for two or $30 for 3 days. You have to have a flag or you can buy one there for $9 and they are guaranteed TO break! They have food on premises and supposedly they have camping, but we did not see any campers when we were there. Don't bring any booze because they don't tolerate it. Go there and get some air off of those dunes!! ------------------ a Fast Boy from Illinois -(FBI)- Riding a 2000 Honda 400EX

Does anyone now any good places to ride in Indiana. I know of a little town by the name of Lynville. It is old coal mine stripper pits but the last I heard, is that they shut the mines down and they are writing tickets if you were on the property. If anyone can clarify this or has another place to ride let me know. I also heard that Land Between the Lakes in Kentucky was a good places to go.(by Kentucky & Barkley Lake) Thanks 99Wolverine
