'69 Cobra,
If you like scenic rides with not alot of difficuly, you'll enjoy the Allegheny National Forest here in PA. If you search this, you'll find the website which includes trail maps and locations for three main trailheads...Marienville, Rocky Gap and the Timberline. All you need is valid registration from your state and a helmet...no daily permits. It's well worth the trip for a weekend getaway. As stated above, the winter season is about to get underway after Christmas. The Marienville\Timberline is the largest riding area but Rocky Gap is closer to the NY line. Nice camping, nice people, nice time...do go!

Lake SHenango, and All the state forest areas are suppose to open up Dec 25th. Marrienville and Timberline are one of the best for winter riding. I'm usually there every other weekend. If anyone wants to hook up and ride let me know. I also can get and give directions to restaurants and camping areas.
Lake shenango is a small area but has various skill levels for all riders. I've been riding there for about 4 years.
