I spent about 5 months living in Charleston last year. I took my quad out there once. The trail isn't really made for 4 wheelers right now. Too many small stumps and narrow trails. It's great if you have a dirt bike. Half of the loop is being refurbished and I think it's still closed. It should be a lot better when they get done with it. If you want to check it out with someone, then show up on a weekend. The place is usually packed with riders, and you should find someone on a quad that can show you around.

I am looking for someone who has been to Wambaw Trail in SC, I would like to go there sometime. Would like info on trail conditions, and difficulty level. I know it is supposed to be a 40 mile loop trail, with woods and swamps, ect. Any info provided would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
