Can anyone help? I've got a Jordan/Joyner Explorer 250cc ATV, liquid cooled auto.The bike has a single speed auto forward & rev transmission. It seems that the vibe originates from the motor itself. The idle is smooth, but upon acceleration, there is a notable vibe. According to the import agent (Jordan M/C & Scooters) here in South Africa, this is acceptable!!! Yeah right!!! They also maintain it's running on Honda principles. The bike is virtually brand new. Is vibe this normal? It seems disconcerting to ride the scoot as I don't know when it'll pack up. Greetings from sunny South Africa!!! Anyone from Johannesburg reading here???

My problem with the bike has been solved, I've sold the machine for R12 000.
Please learn from my mistake and ensure there is no problem when you purchase an ATV. More importantly, be certain the dealership can & will address quality issues down the line.
I now know why Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki et al demand the prices they do. There is peace of mind because they've invested in research & development.
Be cautious of a "built on ....... spec" bike. If a manufacturer cannot invest in their own research & development, chances are they'll steal someone else's ideas.
Do not expect back-up from these ruthless thieves, they don't believe in brand building and think short term.
Not a nice proposition once you've invested a few bucks on a ride and they've run away.
