Gotta take it apart and clean it up, clean the electrical connectors too.
I lot of polaris' do that. I havn't been into one yet but I need too. the explorer is doing some funky stuff like only unlocking one of the wheels

2000 Polaris SP500. Will not go into 4wd. Every once in a while it will,but it only engages one wheel!
