i once pulleda honda foreman about 50 feet upside down with the rider standing on the skid plate from the bottom of a 7 foot deep pond he coundnt hold his breath long neough to flip it over so we just pulled it out.to our suprise he rode it home.

Using the snatch block to increase your pulling power, will not cause damage to your mount or frame. You would be amazed at how much a 2:1, 3:1 or even greater lessons the load. Used this sytstem to lower equipment in swift water rescue. One man could handle hundreds of pounds of equipment or pressure by using snatch blocks. The more you use, the less the load

Your welcomejust be careful. When your using that many mechanical devices, you'd be amazed at what little things can be used for anchor points toLike bushes and thin trunked trees.

What is the largest load you have ever pulled with your Warn 3.0 ? Using snatch blocks I know greatly increases the power but I wouldn't want to damage the mount and frame of my ATV as well.

I've thought about this. Can you still continue to utilize the existing roller fairlead or do you have to replace with one for use with the Amsteel without rollers?

The benefits are numerous.......the biggest being safety.......the do not "store" energy. If they happen to break, they fall to the ground instead of whipping around as steel will.

You should NOT use a roller fairlead........it is highly recommended you switch to an aluminum hauser type.......not synthetic (they are available).....aluminum.
The primary reason is the synthetic is fairly "slick"......it has a tendency to want to seat itself in the corners of a roller fairlead and unnecessarily chaffe itself............it's tough stuff, but why ask for a problem.
