Take the radiator to a radiator shop ... they can pressure test it after you bend it back, they may also be able to fix small leaks.

It's hard to know just by reading your text. It the shaft isn't bent then I don't see why you couldn't just replace the blade ?

was riding this weekend with my wife and some of her friends. One of her friend hit a stub with my 2005 king quad . It bend the radiator back and broke the fan. It also bent the lower left A-arm.
My question is I called to get prices for replacement part's.
Radiator $403
fan $215
A-Arm $135
The radiator is the most expensive.
The radiator is still working it is just bent.
Can I bend it back to flat and just replace the a-arm and fan.
THe fan motor still works the blade assemble just got sheared of the fan motor. can I just get the fan it self and put it on the old motor.

what about the fan blade do you think I can just buy a newfan blade and replace it.

I will pull the radiator and the fan and check. I do not think the shaft is bent.

what about a generic fan from flex lite do you think that would owrk in place of the expensive factory one.

I have a five hundred dollar deductible.
I figured setting up a claim in the first month would get me canceled.
